Registration and Hotel Booking Deadlines
The deadline for the Registration
to the Conference has been extended until:
31 March 2010.
In order to qualify for the early bird
registration rate, please send your
registration, with your payment, before 31 March
2010. After the 31st of March 2010, registrants
will pay the late registration rate.
The deadline for Hotel Reservation
is: 10 April 2010.
Due to the tourist pressure on hotels in May (high
season), you are invited to return your Hotel
Booking Form, duly filled in, with your payment
for your hotel stay period, before the deadline
of 10 April 2010.

For the case of very late registrants who missed
the conference deadlines, but expressed, only a
few days before the opening of the conference,
their will to attend the sessions, a special
registration desk will be open for them, in Idou
Anfa hotel (Conference venue) on Monday, 25 May
2010, from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Tuesday, 26
May 2020, from 08:00 to 12:00. Registration fees
will be paid at this desk, in cash by these late
registrants, as follows:

Day registration options are also available for
those only wanting to attend the conference on
25 and 26 May 2010. Social functions are
excluded for day registrants.
Registration Payment
All conference registration payments will be
paid only by bank transfer(1).
The deadline for registration is set to
31 March 2010.
Prolongation of Stay
For those participants who wish to prolonge
their stay in Morocco, after 27 May 2010, it is
possible to arrange it for them, at a special
daily price. Further information on this issue
